Nick Ciparro – Chief Technology Officer & Cofounder

After ten years serving as lead studio and touring audio engineer for several well-known recording artists, Nick Ciparro had acquired an extensive background in electrical, electronics, and energy storage design and fabrication. Building on this foundation, he joined the University of Tennessee to pursue a degree in chemical engineering, focusing on novel energy storage and transfer technologies. His subsequent research into graphene oxide membranes and graphene production led to his co-invention of the patent-pending processes employed by Celtig in the production of commercial-scale, bulk-grade graphene nanoplatelets.
